Nature Hack for Clean Air-Hackathon World Environment Day 2020
The “Nature Hack for Clean Air” organized by Clean Air Asia India on this World Environment Day 2020 with the theme of “Time for Nature”. The hackathon was virtually organized to encourage the youth of India to brainstorm and come up with good innovative nature-based solutions for clean air.
It was a two-phase online hackathon with its final phase on World Environment Day.
Participants were expected to come up with innovative solutions that can benefit the environment and improve air quality for all.
The hackathon was split into two phases:
Registration and Idea Submission Phase: 22nd May 2020
to 31st May 2020.
Presentation Phase: 5th June 2020.
Participants were required to come up with solutions around the following themes:
Nature Based Solution:
o Research Solution
o Technical Solution Hotspot Case Study (Solutions specific to hotspots in Delhi as specified by Clean Air Asia India)
